Virtual teams present a unique set of challenges, but also a unique set of opportunities. How do you establish clear team expectations based on mutual trust and commitment when you are not face-to-face? Learn ways to foster an environment of trust, loyalty, and collaboration in a virtual world. We will explore ways to lead virtual teams and what the differences are from in-person team leadership.
Marie Geneviève specializes in Teams in crisis. She works on team leadership, employee experience, team process and operations. She has dedicated herself to helping teams’ leaders create meaning in their own lives and in their organizations, which results in motivated and engaged employees, customer commitment, and bottom-line performance. Her mission is to inspire better workplaces for everyone. Her talks are witty, interactive and meaningful.

Cancellation Policy: RSVPs may be cancelled by 5:00 p.m. Thursday before the event. Cancellations after this time are treated as no-shows and will be invoiced. Send cancellations to VP of Professional Development.
Substitution Policy: Substitutions will be allowed. Alternate Attendee will need to notify the registration desk at the meeting as to who he/she is replacing.
NOTE: Webinar registrants will receive online invite the day before the event. Those using employer issued machines at home and connecting via VPN may need to use phone for audio.
