Taken from Bruce Lee’s famous quote on his martial arts philosophy, this session focuses on having a very adaptable solution-based approach and the importance of project leaders being cross functional and well versed in numerous Lean-Agile Principles, Practices, & Frameworks including Scrum, XP, Kanban, & Various Scaling Frameworks, to help organizations, deliver maximum value. This session will use real world case studies from IT and non-IT contexts.

About the Presenter:

Niel Magsombol is a Lean Agile Transformation Coach, Leadership Trainer, & Motivational Speaker.  He went from a very traditional PMO background to be an Enterprise Agile Coach that works with Fortune 500 Companies around the country.  In addition to helping implement agile in Digital & IT, he has also worked with non-IT groups such as manufacturing, marketing, operations & non-profits

Known for his infectious energy, knowledge, humor, and engaging style, Niel has inspired diverse audiences all over the U.S at Fortune 500 Companies, Professional Conferences, Small Businesses, Colleges, Non-Profits & Sporting Events, speaking on a variety of topics such as Agile Transformation, Leadership, and Unlocking Human Potential.  He is also very active with the PMI, speaking at events around the country, most recently at PMI Global 2019.

Cancellation Policy: RSVPs may be cancelled by 5:00 p.m. Thursday before the event. Cancellations after this time are treated as no-shows and will be invoiced. Send cancellations to VP of Professional Development.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions will be allowed. Alternate Attendee will need to notify the registration desk at the meeting as to who he/she is replacing.

NOTE: Webinar registrants will receive online invite the day before the event. Those using employer issued machines at home and connecting via VPN may need to use phone for audio.
